Atemberaubendes viktorianisches Schloss aus dem Gildenzeitalter. Nur zwei Blocks vom Alamo Square entfernt wird das Chateau Tivoli als Bed & Breakfast genutzt. Das Gebäude bietet von zwei Ebenen aus Blick auf die Stadt, einen spektakulären Eingang mit Marmortreppe, einen geschnitzten Pfauenreliefputz, Buntglas und schwere Doppeltüren aus Eichenholz. Viele Zimmer sind mit Bradbury & Bradbury-Tapeten und üppigen geschnitzten Holzarbeiten geschmückt. Die geschwungene mehrflutige Pfostentreppe aus Eichenholz des großen Foyers ist ein beeindruckender erster Eindruck. Den Eingang umklammern das Wohn- und Esszimmer, jeweils mit Einbauten, Säulen und Kaminen. Die Küche ist mit klassischen Enkaustikfliesen und Buntglasfenstern verankert. Es gibt einen handelsüblichen Traulsen-Kühlschrank, einen antiken CP-Gasherd, DW aus Edelstahl und eine antike Mittelinsel mit einer Schneideblockplatte. Keine viktorianische Küche wäre komplett ohne die Speisekammer des Butlers. Es verfügt über neun Schlafzimmer und siebeneinhalb Badezimmer. Garage, Wäscherei. Zwei Hausmeistereinheiten.
