Das ist British Columbia vom Feinsten! Mein Kunde bot mir die Möglichkeit, ein paar Nächte in diesem spektakulären 37,5 Hektar großen Anwesen zu verbringen, nur einen Steinwurf vom Strathcona Provincial Park entfernt - WOW, was für ein Erlebnis. Ich kann nicht sagen, dass ich in meinem ganzen Leben jemals eine so enge Verbindung zur Natur hatte. Kein Auto fuhr an dem Parkplatz vorbei und ich hörte kein einziges Geräusch, das von der Öffentlichkeit erzeugt wurde. Sie haben einen klaren Blick auf das Wasser in zwei Richtungen: nach Süden in Richtung Buttle Lake und Strathcona Park sowie einen zweiten, ebenso atemberaubenden Blick auf den Upper Campbell Lake. Nachts sah ich die Aurora Borealis (mit bloßem Auge sichtbar) und Millionen von Sternen, die nicht durch Lichtverschmutzung unterbrochen wurden. Die Hütte selbst ist ein durchdacht konstruiertes Blockhaus-Meisterwerk, das ein wenig Liebe von einem Käufer braucht, der ein Maß an Privatsphäre wünscht, das Sie einfach nirgendwo anders finden können. Dies ist eine vollständig netzunabhängige Immobilie mit einer stabilen Internetverbindung (wenn Sie dies wünschen). 3 verschiedene Schlafbereiche / obwohl keine formellen Schlafzimmer. Mijn klant bood me de kans om een paar nachten te verblijven op dit spectaculaire landgoed van 37,5 hectare op een steenworp afstand van Strathcona Provincial Park - WOW, wat een ervaring. Ik kan niet zeggen dat ik in mijn hele leven ooit zo'n nauwe band met de natuur heb gehad. Er passeerden geen auto's op het terrein en ik hoorde geen enkel geluid van het publiek. Je hebt helder uitzicht op het water in twee richtingen: naar het zuiden richting Buttle Lake en Strathcona Park, plus een tweede even adembenemend uitzicht op Upper Campbell Lake. 's Nachts zag ik de aurora borealis (zichtbaar met het blote oog) en miljoenen sterren die niet werden onderbroken door lichtvervuiling. De hut zelf is een zorgvuldig geconstrueerd meesterwerk van boomstammen dat een beetje liefde nodig heeft van een koper die een niveau van privacy wil dat je gewoon nergens anders kunt vinden.
