This house built in the 1980s is located three minutes from the village of Trebas les Bains in the Tarn department. The city of Albi is 34 km away. The house is located on a hillside and has a plot of woods as well as a plot on the edge of the river. The house and its terrace enjoy beautiful views of the river and the valley.At the entrance to the property is a gate, a private tarmac path leads to the house. There is no central heating system. The land of a surface area of 1257m² runs along the river and is accessible by crossing the small road. Above the house is a plot of woods. The total surface area of the land is 8225m².

Cette maison construite dans les années 1980 se trouve à trois minutes du village Trebas les Bains dans le département du Tarn. La ville d’Albi se trouve à 34 km. La maison se trouve à flanc de colline et dispose d’une parcelle de bois ainsi que d'une parcelle en bordure de rivière. La maison ainsi que sa terrasse profitent de belles vues sur la rivière et la vallée.A l’entrée de la propriété se trouve un portail, un chemin privatif goudronné mène à la maison. En arrivant devant la maison, l'entrée se fait par une terrasse couverte avec cheminée d’extérieur. On arrive dans un grand séjour de 50m² avec trois baies vitrées avec vue sur la rivière et la vallée, le séjour dispose d’une cheminée et un coin télévision. Puis il y a une cuisine simple de 8m², en traversant la cuisine on arrive dans une salle à manger de 30m² avec accès vers la terrasse.Puis il y a une chambre de 11m², une salle d’eau de 7m² avec douche, lavabos, urinoir et WC séparé. Puis il y a une seconde chambre.A l’extérieur, se trouve un atelier de 12m², un cabanon en bois de 9m², puis une chambre d’amis de 11,5m² avec douche, lavabo et toilette.Les baies vitrées sont en aluminium et disposent de double vitrage, cependant les autres fenêtres sont en simple vitrage. Il n’y a pas de système de chauffage central.Le terrain d’une surface de 1257m² longe la rivière et est accessible en traversant la petite route. Au-dessus de la maison se trouve une parcelle de bois. La superficie totale du terrain est de 8225m².

Het huis ligt op een heuvel en bij het huis ligt een perceel bos en er ligt een perceel aan de rand van de rivier. Het huis en het terras bieden een prachtig uitzicht over de rivier en de vallei.De ingang naar het huis is via een poort en daarna een privé asfalt pad naar het huis.
