Sunlight pours in from a glass door on our right, following it we step outside and find ourselves on the jewel of the apartment: its wooden terrace or Altana. Bathed in sunlight, our gaze falls upon its breathtaking views over the roofs of Venice as well as the bell towers from the basilica of San Marco and Madonna dell’Orto. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or an aperitivo at golden hour.

Nach dem Eintreten befinden wir uns im Herzen der Wohnung. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein einladendes Zimmer, das unter den sichtbaren Balken liegt und von Büchern und kleinen Holzskulpturen aus fernen Ländern umgeben ist. Zurück im Hauptraum der Wohnung befindet sich rechts ein weiteres lichtdurchflutetes Schlafzimmer, das von einer warmen Brise sanft berührt wird und mit mehr Büchern als man zählen kann, einem Fernseher und bezaubernden Gemälden über dem Kopfende des Bettes geschmückt ist. La luz del sol entra a raudales por una puerta de cristal a nuestra derecha, siguiéndola salimos al exterior y nos encontramos en la joya del apartamento: su terraza de madera o Altana. Bañada por la luz del sol, nuestra mirada se posa en sus impresionantes vistas sobre los tejados de Venecia, así como en los campanarios de la basílica de San Marcos y la Madonna dell'Orto.
