In the historic center of Montepulciano, a stone's throw from the monumental center and services, in a noble Renaissance palace, there is this two-story apartment with large spaces, partly renovated and with great potential as a private home or for tourist rentals. The external structure is in mixed brick and stone masonry with plaster residues; the main facade has decorative stone elements such as string courses and window sills. The shared entrance consists of a vaulted entrance hall, a travertine staircase to the main floor, and terracotta to the third floor. Access to the upper floors is also possible via an original spiral staircase, once for the exclusive use of the servants. The high ceilings have created interesting mezzanines that punctuate the apartment. On the third and last floor there is a living room of about 100 square meters, with a beautiful fireplace and trussed ceiling and a series of openings to the south with a view of the Valdichiana. The apartment has good quality finishes: stone stairs, terracotta floors, plastered and painted walls, wooden doors, and shutters. Subject to the constraints of the Fine Arts, it had some discrepancies created during the renovation, but now remedied. L'appartamento è dotato di finiture di buona qualità: scale in pietra, pavimenti in cotto, pareti intonacate e tinteggiate, portone d'ingresso e porte interne in legno, finestre con persiane o scuri interni in legno. Sottoposto a vincolo dalle Belle Arti, presentava alcune difformità create in fase di ristrutturazione, ma ora sanate.
