I am renting my Roof Terrace Apartment in a central location in Vienna. The apartment is equipped with everything you can expect (100 Mbit Broadband Wifi Internet, Complete kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, Livingroom with high standard furniture, Cable TV and shared Washing machine and Dryer in the cellar. The apartment has an extra small Bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom, big terrace and a huge Living room with a very big couch and 2 single sofa Beds It has space for up to 5 persons. There are 2 extra single beds possible in the the living room and a 5th person can easily sleep on the sleeping sofa The Apartment is very central. Only 5 min to two Subway stations and several tram stations. 7 min to the city center with Tram 44. Close to General Hospital or University. Parking is possible for 4 Eur / Day in the nearby Park&Ride Ottakring. The only thing is that you have to consider can not make noise after 22h and that Partys are strictly forbidden. Also the Terrace can NOT be used after 22h So you get here a great Rooftop Terrace Suite for a fraction of the costs of a Hotel room - quite a good Deal! Die Wohnung verfügt über ein extra kleines Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, eine große Terrasse und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit einer sehr großen Couch und 2 Einzelschlafsofas Es bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer sind 2 zusätzliche Einzelbetten möglich und eine 5. Person kann problemlos auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Nur 5 Minuten zu zwei U-Bahn-Stationen und mehreren Straßenbahnstationen. 7 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn 44 ins Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe des Allgemeinen Krankenhauses oder der Universität. Parken ist für 4 Eur/Tag im nahegelegenen Park&Ride Ottakring möglich. Das Einzige, was man beachten muss, ist, dass man nach 22 Uhr keinen Lärm mehr machen darf und dass Partys strengstens verboten sind. Auch die Terrasse kann nach 22 Uhr NICHT mehr genutzt werden Sie erhalten hier also eine tolle Rooftop Terrace Suite für einen Bruchteil der Kosten eines Hotelzimmers – ein ziemlich gutes Angebot!
