The flat is located in a detached house that was completely renovated in 2017. The Rems valley is very popular due to its high recreational value and its green location between forests and vineyards. It is also only 25 minutes by S-Bahn (3 minutes on foot) to Stuttgart main station and Stuttgart city centre, and only 22 km by car (3 minutes by car to the B29). All shopping facilities are available in the town centre. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a single bed (1.20x2.00m), dining table with chair, sideboard, wardrobe, large armchair and flat-screen TV. The fitted kitchen with Nespresso machine is open to the living room and is fully equipped, and the bathroom with daylight has a shower. A W-LAN connection and a 14-day cleaning service (with 14-day towel and monthly bed linen change) are included in the rent. A parking space can be rented for an additional charge, depending on availability, but there are plenty of parking spaces on the street.the one-off final cleaning fee is 150.00 euros.the ancillary costs are already included in the stated rent.
