The apartment is located close to the renowned Folkwang Music Academy, the Old Town and Lake Baldeney. The nearest bus stop is approx. 1 minute's walk away. The connection to the S-Bahn Essen-Werden is good. The nearest supermarket can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. We like to rent out our own apartment here, as we spend the winter on the island of Tenerife. A family with a 9-year-old daughter live in the house on the 2nd floor and an older gentleman and a young man each live in a small apartment on the ground floor. The house community is very harmonious and pleasant.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der renommierten Folkwangmusikhochschule, der Altstadt und des Baldeneysees. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 1 Min. fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an die S-Bahn Essen-Werden ist gut. Der nächsten Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir vermieten hier gern unsere eigene Wohnung, da wir den Winter auf der Insel Teneriffa verbringen. Im Haus wohnen im 2.OG eine Familie mit 9-jähriger Tochter und je in einem kleinen Apartment im EG ein älterer Herr und ein junger Mann. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr harmonisch und angenehm.
