Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr gut angebunden. Der Ort hat eine sehr gute Einwohnerstruktur und ist sehr sicher. In Laufweite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit angeschlossener Bäckerei. Sonstige Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind ebenso fußläufig erreichbar. Die nächste Straßenbahnanbindung ist fußläufig etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Bahnen fahren mehrfach in der Stunde. Karlsruhe erreicht man in 20 Minuten, Rastatt in 6 Minuten und Baden-Baden in 15 Minuten. In etwa derselben Zeit erreicht man diese Orte auch mit dem Auto.
