A pleasant holiday home with a good location in a smaller cottage area. The long, child-friendly sandy beach is within walking distance. The cottage is located on a corner plot next to a beautiful green forest with many walking paths. Next door is a football pitch and playground. In the cottage There is a living room with a dining area, a sofa bed for two people and a TV with Swedish channels. There is free wifi. The kitchen is small, but has all the equipment. In the bedroom there is a daybed that can easily be converted into a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The outdoor room is partially glazed and has a dining table. A guest cottage with two beds can be included upon request and for an additional rent. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. The child-friendly beach is Sweden's longest beach and there is plenty of space for everyone. A convenient distance to the south is both Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, shops and a bakery. In Mellbystrand there is the beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. Just south of there, you reach the Bjäre peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Everything is connected by nice cycle paths. To the north, you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location on Lagan. In Lagan there is very good salmon fishing. A fishing license is required. For those interested in golf, there are also several nice golf courses in the surrounding area. The closest is Laholms Gk. Die Küche ist klein, aber komplett ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Tagesbett, das leicht in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche. Der Außenbereich ist teilweise verglast und mit einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Ein separater Annex mit zwei Betten kann auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Mietgebühr vor Ort hinzugebucht werden. Das Ferienhaus wird nicht an Jugendgruppen vermietet! Der kinderfreundliche Strand ist der längste Strand Schwedens und bietet reichlich Platz für alle. In südlicher Richtung befindet sich in angenehmer Entfernung das Sommerzentrum Skummeslövstrand mit mehreren Restaurants, Geschäften und einer Bäckerei. In Mellbystrand gibt es das Strandhotel, kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Etwas südlich davon erreichen Sie die Halbinsel Bjäre mit all ihren malerischen Sommerdörfern und nicht zuletzt Båstad, die wunderbare Tennis-Metropole. Alles ist durch schöne Radwege miteinander verbunden. Im Norden erreichen Sie bequem Halmstad mit seinen fantastischen Stränden in Tylösand, seinem breiten Unterhaltungsangebot und all den Golfplätzen.
