Bed linen and towels are included, and the house is equipped with fiber-connected Wi-Fi. The heat and cold can be easily regulated with air source heat pumps on both floors. Free parking for up to three cars is available on the grounds, and the house, which is approximately 190 sq m in size, has undergone a complete renovation in 2023 and 2024. For those who have a boat or jet ski, there is a boat ramp in nearby Lervikshamnen, as well as the possibility to borrow a boat berth (2.20 m wide) at no extra cost.
