Première fois sur le marché depuis plus de 25 ans l’emblématique maison « Bootlegger ». Construite en 1894, cette maison historique de conte de fées est une maison victorienne d’Eastlake méticuleusement entretenue et mise à jour par les propriétaires actuels. Connue sous le nom de maison « Bootlegger », pendant la prohibition, c’était un endroit populaire pour acheter de l’alcool du marché noir qui était caché dans un compartiment secret du Foyer.
