A fianco dellArena Coperta è installata una struttura a pianta circolare del diametro di 21 metri, allinterno della quale sono ricoverati una Giostra a controllo elettronico da 6 cavalli ed un Tondino da 16 metri di diametro.
Le Scuderie realizzate interamente dalla ditta CLABEL, sono composte da 24 box per il ricovero dei cavalli oltre a due box dedicati al sellaggio, due postazioni interne di lavaggio dei cavalli e un doppio box dedicato alle sellerie.
Larena coperta di 35x70 metri (2.450 mq) è realizzata con travi in legno lamellare con un interasse pilastri di 40 metri. Il fondo è stato realizzato da Giorgio Mondini, il quale ha scelto e preparato personalmente la terra argillosa e la sabbia al fine di realizzare il migliore fondo possibile.
