Building from the end of the 19th century, 561 sq (gross floor area), fully rehabilitated, operating as local accommodation, in downtown Porto. The building has undergone expansion and restoration work over the years. In 2018 and 2019 the roof was repaired with the application of a new support as well as all the tiles and a new skylight. The entire façade was cleaned and repaired with replacement of damaged tiles. Capotto application on the rear and side gable and common areas. The entire electrical installation was replaced and an ITED was installed. All windows were replaced by PVC profile frames, with double glazing and thermal and acoustic insulation, the plumbing and electrical installation was replaced, the roof and floors were repaired, the walls, doors and baseboards were painted. It comprises: ground floor front: a shop (111.25 sqm) working as a bar; ground floor on the back of the building, first and second floors: three apartments - T1, T4 and T3; third floor: a T3 apartment with a lease agreement. Operating as local accommodation, with reservations already confirmed until October 2021.
