The farm has a total of 7 km of internal roads and trails, 3 km of which are paved, 1 km is gravel, and 3 km are for quad bikes and ATVs. The farm is located between the communities of Poasito and Vara Blanca in Alajuela, on Route 120, a fully paved national public road, with over 500 meters of road frontage. The land use designation includes agricultural, commercial, and lodging/hotel purposes, as well as agricultural parcels. This area is known for its tourism appeal and cool climate. The farm has a privileged location, only 25 minutes from Poas Volcano, 45 minutes from Juan Santa Maria International Airport, 1 hour from San José, and just 2 hours from La Fortuna de San Carlos, hot springs, and many adventure tourism spots. Currently, the farm is dedicated to livestock activities, specifically raising and developing beef cattle.
