Looking towards Åsunden is this well-planned cottage. Down to the lake it is only 250 meters and there is a lovely jetty to swim from, if you want to fish, it is fine. The cottage is located in a quiet area with on the outskirts of the small community of Hycklinge, as the last cottage on a smaller road it is quiet and free from traffic. From here you have thirty km to the sea and Gamleby. The cottage has an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area and living room. You have four beds in the house divided into two single beds that can be combined into a double bed and a bunk bed in two bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. Two lovely terraces, where one of the terraces is covered with a roof, one on each side of the house ensures that you can find your perfect place regardless of the time of day. As the cottage is the last house on the road, you have an unobstructed view of meadows in one direction and lake Åsunden in the other direction. You bring your own bed linen and towels. Final cleaning can be purchased if desired, but you must book it with good advance planning. A warm welcome!

Mit Seeblick zum Åsunden liegt dieses gut aufgeteilte Ferienhäuschen. Bis zum Seeufer sind es nur 250 m, am Wasser gibt es einen schönen Steg zum Baden und Angeln. Das Ferienhäuschen liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand der kleinen Gemeinde Hycklinge. Die Lage als letztes Ferienhaus in der kleineren Straße sorgt für Ruhe und wenig Verkehr. Von hier aus sind es etwa 30 km zum Meer und nach Gamleby. Das Haus hat einen offenen Grundriss zwischen Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Es gibt vier Schlafplätze im Haus, verteilt auf zwei Schlafzimmern mit zwei Einzelbetten, auch als Doppelbett nutzbar, bzw. einem Etagenbett mit zwei Kojen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche und WC sowie eine Waschmaschine. Im Außenbereich findet man zwei schöne Terrassen, von denen eine überdacht ist. Ihre Lage an jeder Seite des Hauses sorgt dafür, dass Sie zu jeder Tageszeit einen sonnigen Platz finden. Da das Ferienhaus als letztes in der Straße liegt, genießen Sie einen ungestörten Ausblick zu Wiesen in der einen Richtung und zum See Åsunden in der anderen Richtung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Eine Endreinigung kann auf Wunsch vorher bestellt werden und ist vor Ort zahlbar. Bitte rechtzeitig bestellen!
